These sessions develop the tools of performance: voice and body, enhancing individual’s awareness and ability.
Through fun activities we develop basic vocal skills: breathing, diction, projection, co-ordination and movement. We then cover intercostal breathing exercises, relaxation, Alexander Technique and much more.
As students progress we move on to vocal power, posture, relaxation, modulation, tone, articulation. We investigate how body language is used in performance and work with diction, pronunciation and accents whilst explore vocal techniques for stage, screen and radio. We show how we can develop thought, character and emotion in performance through voice and body.
